2021 EDUCATION GRANT

TO: WOMEN STUDENTS ENROLLED IN A COMMUNITY COLLEGE CURRICULUM PROGRAM (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree)

FROM: BRUNSWICK COUNTY DEMOCRATIC WOMEN (BCDW)

SUBJECT: $1000 EDUCATION GRANT FOR 2021

 

Women students currently enrolled in a community college are invited to apply for a $1000 education grant. 

The grant will be awarded during the Spring 2021 semester to a student who:

• Has completed one semester (minimum of 6 credit hours)

• Is in good academic standing

• Is Brunswick County resident

• Is a registered Democrat

Applications must be received between 3/1/21 and 4/16/21

 

HOW TO APPLY

• Obtain a copy of this 2021 grant ‘Notice’ with eligibility requirements and an application:

  • Online at www.brunswickdem.org   either on Home page or hover over ‘About Us,’ click on BCDW and see Ed Grant

  • Email request for a printable copy to bcdwedgrant@gmail.com

  • Call Maria Riccobono for help at (910) 477-6460

• Complete and return completed application:

  • Online: complete application online and submit. 

  • Print a copy of the application from the website above. Fill out legibly and mail to:

• Complete and submit current degree audit:

  • Separately from grant application, submit your degree audit through your community college’s method or application.
